New Restaurant Coming to Heidi’s Corner in Myrtle Beach

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — New culinary adventure, Hook & Barrel, is coming to Heidi’s Corner on Kings Highway and 82nd Avenue in the Grande Dunes. It is the brainchild of chef and master baker, Heidi Vukov, from the famed Croissants Bistro & Bakery.

Hook & Barrel will focus on fresh seafood with an emphasis on sustainability. From the state-of-the-art fish-cutting room to the oyster stew prepared directly in front of the guests, you will experience the difference fresh really makes. Hook & Barrel will operate a state of the art kitchen with conservation of our natural resources and healthy cooking methods being the goal to better serve the community.

Heidi’s Corner will also house a second location of Croissants Bistro & Bakery. Croissants Bistro & Bakery will now concentrate exclusively on breakfast, lunch, brunch, and catering, in addition to the fabulous baked goods, including wedding cakes and birthday cakes. Hook & Barrel will serve dinner and Sunday brunch. 

“Our mission at Croissants is to make memories with family and friends through our passion for Southern Hospitality and delicious food,” said Vukov. “My family and I are so excited to expand that passion to a second location of Croissants and our newest culinary adventure, Hook & Barrel.”

Hook & Barrel and Croissants Bistro & Bakery at Heidi’s Corner will be open to the public in the spring of 2017. In addition to dining in, both restaurants will be available for private events.
