It All Starts With Passion
Ben has spent most of his life in the restaurant industry, working at Croissants with several different job descriptions from dishwasher to general manager.
After graduating from Clemson University with a Biology degree, Ben wanted to explore the world of wine, moving to California to work in a winery as a Cellar Master at Paul Lato Wines. He moved back to Myrtle Beach to rejoin the restaurant industry and serves as the Director of Operations for the business.
