After 22 years in the restaurant business Heidi Vukov wanted to make a difference in the industry and the community with this legacy project, Heidi’s Corner Restaurants.
Heidi’s passion for the food service industry is matched with her love of the Southern lifestyle and the people of the South Carolina coast. 2010 South Carolina Restaurateur of the Year, Vukov believes in sourcing local ingredients seasonally from locally grown produce to locally caught seafood. With four millennial children, her new emphasis will be on sustainability as part of the future of food.
